A trio of former executives with Morgan Stanley and Advisor Group have created a wealth management group and acquired $30 billion of AUM, reports ThinkAdvisor.

The New York-based firm, Atria Wealth Solutions, bought CUSO Financial Services and Sorrento Pacific Financial. The deals brings Atria 500 bank-based advisors, and was funded by Lee Equity Partners.
